Ironman Group Announces Promotions 

The Ironman Group announced several leadership promotions, including Stefan Petschnig to chief business development officer and Matt Wikstrom to chief partnerships officer. Thomas Veje Olsen was promoted to senior vice president and named the managing director for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), replacing Petschnig.

Reebok Signs Licensing Partner For Middle East And Africa

Authentic Brand Group (ABG) announced that Al Boom Marine (ABM), a company under the portfolio of Scope Investment, will become the operating partner for Reebok in the GCC, the Middle East, including Iraq and Lebanon, and North Africa, which includes Algeria, Egypt and Morocco.

Outdoor Cap Promotes Harris As President

Outdoor Cap announced that it had promoted its chief sales officer, Jeanelle Harris, to president of the company immediately. Harris succeeds Jim Haworth, who announced his upcoming departure to serve as Executive Chairman to NOW Diagnostics, a health testing company.

VF’s Q3 Earnings Tops Wall Street’s Targets, Sales Jump 22 Percent

VF Corp. reported earnings on an adjusted basis rose 45 percent in the third quarter ended December 31 and topped Wall Street’s estimates. Sales grew 22 percent led by 28 percent growth at The North Face. Sales grew 8 percent at Vans, 11 percent at Timberland, and 4 percent at Dickies. VF reaffirmed its EPS outlook for the fiscal year while slightly lowering its sales outlook due to lowered growth expectations at Vans.

Boot Barn Q3 Sales Surge 71 Percent

Boot Barn Holdings, Inc. reported earnings more than doubled in the third quarter ended December 25 on a 71 percent revenue gain when compared to the 2019 third quarter.

Lululemon Athletica, Inc. announced that Alison Loehnis, president of luxury and fashion at Yoox Net-a-Porter, has been appointed to serve on its Board of Directors.

Winchester Q4 Sales Expand 15 Percent

Olin Corporation reported Winchester’s sales grew 14.7 percent in the fourth quarter to $390.6 million compared to $340.6 million in the fourth quarter of 2020. Olin said the increase in sales was primarily due to higher commercial ammunition pricing.

Dr. Martens Sales Q3 Climb 11 Percent

Dr. Martens plc reported sales in the third quarter ended December 31 rose 11 percent year-over-year and 21 percent compared to 2019.
