United Sporting Companies said Rose Clark has joined the team as Vice President of Human Resources. For the bulk of her career, Clark was the Head of Human Resources for Republic National Distributing Company, a multi-billion dollar beverage distributor.
She has also served in HR roles with increasing responsibilities at Dell Computers, Schlumberger Ltd., and TRG Customer Solutions.
Clark has extensive experience in the areas of HR strategy, acquisitions and integrations, major software implementations, benefits planning, compensation, organization design, corporate communications and compliance.
She also brings to the team experience in developing successful employee performance management and succession planning processes. She is adept at building training and education programs which focus on enhancing the core skills and career paths of employees in all functions and at all levels of the organization.
