Reebok has partnered with San Francisco based automated retailer ZoomSystems to sell NFL gear through vending machines.
This will mark the first time that ZoomSystems, which places vending machines in airports, military bases, resorts and
shopping malls across the U.S., has ever partnered with an apparel
brand.

If projected sales numbers are met over the next three years the
Reebok SLD and ZoomSystems partnership will expand to 375 locations
around the country and will act as the largest retail outlet for
Reebok's Sports Licensed products.

The Reebok RetroSport ZoomShops will be installed in 20 locations
nationwide, including in Logan International Airport's Terminal B,
according to a report in the Boston Herald. Consumers swipe a debit or credit card
for the $28 tees or can buy two for $50. ZoomSystems has about 1,000 machines worldwide, with products from Best Buy, Apple, Proactiv and the Body Shop.

“Reebok's Sports Licensed Division is excited to bring consumers the
instant gratification that ZoomSystems automated retail provides to
consumers,” said Kenny Gamble, Vice President and General Manager of
Reebok's Sports Licensed Division, in a statement. “Shoppers can get their favorite team
logo, choose between men's or women's styles and select appropriate
sizes from this consumer friendly shopping experience. As the premier
provider of Sports Licensed apparel and headwear we are proud to be able
to satisfy today's busy consumers while they are on the go any time of
day.”

“We are always thrilled to bring consumers the best brands. Reebok Retro
Sport is one of those brands,” says Gower Smith, CEO of ZoomSystems.
“It's particularly exciting to be offering apparel in a ZoomShop for the
first time with Reebok's Retro Sport Collection. The convenient
locations in malls and airports provide consumers with the instant
gratification of retail when purchasing their favorite team logo from a
ZoomShop,” adds Smith.

The Reebok ZoomSystems partnership will launch with Reebok's Retro Sport
collection. Nine of the NFL's throwback, vintage logos will be
available to consumers for both men and women in a super soft cotton
tri-blend t-shirt. The women's t-shirt is available in a figure
flattering, v-neck style, and makes for a great gift idea. All ZoomShops
will carry these styles for the Chicago Bears, Dallas Cowboys, New
England Patriots, New York Giants, New York Jets, New Orleans Saints,
Oakland Raiders, Philadelphia Eagles and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Kenny Gamble, head of Reebok’s sports licensed unit, said the company is “excited” to bring consumers “instant gratification.”
