Under Armour, Inc. tapped James Calo to take on the new rol of chief supply chain officer. The position is designed to strengthen Under Armour's executive management team as the company continues its expansion in international and domestic markets. Mr. Calo will report to Kevin Plank, chairman and CEO.

In his role as Chief Supply Chain Officer for Under Armour, Mr. Calo will be responsible for managing the global functions of production planning, sourcing, development, logistics and the distribution house. Mr. Calo spent the last six years managing these same functions as Senior Vice President of Operations for VF Corporation's Sportswear Coalition and Nautica Enterprises, Inc., a VF subsidiary. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President of Operations and as a Divisional Controller for Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation.

With over 15 years of experience in the sports apparel industry, Mr. Calo has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
