UFC Gym will continue its expansion into Canada with the opening of a third Alberta gym on October 15. The new doors will open at 12938 St. Albert Trail NW.
UFC Gym’s first Canadian location opened in Sherwood Park last year. Additional UFC Gyms have opened in Mississauga, Ontario, Calgary, Alberta and Kelowna, British Columbia over the past calendar year.
The new 14,000-square-foot gym is highlighted by a 24-foot Octagon, strength training and cardio machines, battle ropes, agility ladders, bag room, large mat areas featuring Brazilian jiu-jitsu, wrestling and other martial arts for youth and adults.
Since debuting in 2009, UFC Gym has opened more than 135 locations throughout the U.S., Australia, Canada, South America, Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates.
