TriStar Arms has tapped Mathew Rogers as the national sales manager responsible for managing accounts across the company’s two-step distribution channels and building growth in regional box stores and national chain accounts.
Rogers will work directly with management to identify underdeveloped markets and create new sales channels.
Rogers began a decades-long career in the outdoor industry specializing in sales, ranging from in-house sales to VP of sales.
“Having known the TriStar crew for a long time, I’ve watched them grow into a well-respected industry name. Their success is driven by a great team, and I’m honored to be joining it. After selling gun accessories for 20 years, I’m excited for the opportunity to pair my knowledge and experience with TriStar’s impressive line of firearms,” said Rogers.
