Rob Girvin has recently been appointed as the new Director of Customer Service at Todson, Inc. Todson is the U.S. distributors of Topeak cycling accessories brand and OnGuard lock line.

As Todson’s Director of Customer Service, Girvin will oversee the customer service staff and operations, which includes budgets, warrantee processes and technical areas on the website. He’ll also provide product development and manufacturing feedback to Todson’s senior staff and manufacturers. Additionally, Girvin will manage mountain bike and motorcycle fundraising rides such as the New England Mountain Bike Association rides.

Prior to joining Todson, Girvin worked for E-Line Accessories in Wareham, Mass., but most of his bike and accessory experience was gained from being a part of his family’s business, Girvin, Inc., manufacturers of off road and Proflex mountain bikes. Girvin, Inc. was acquired by K2 Corporation and K2 Bikes, and Girvin worked for the company on the West Coast for 10 years before relocating to New England.

Girvin holds a BA from Dean College. He’s an avid rider and has been racing and testing bikes since childhood.
