TJX Companies, Inc.’s Board of Directors elected Charles F. Wagner, Jr. to its Board, effective immediately. Wagner is the EVP and CFO of Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a role he has held since 2019, overseeing accounting, finance, internal audit, investor relations, business development, global security, and facilities functions.
Before joining Vertex in 2015, Wagner was EVP of finance and CFO at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, which he joined after serving in several senior financial roles in the life sciences and other industries.
