Timberland appointed Maile Buker as senior director of North America marketing. Before joining Timberland, Maile spent four years in vice president of marketing positions in the beverage industry. Her experience also includes working more than 15
years creating and executing marketing and business development
initiatives worldwide for corporations such as Nike and Black Diamond.

In this
role, Maile will be responsible for the overall coordination of
Timberland's brand positioning and marketing activities in the United
States including both wholesale and retail channels. She reports to Mark
Bryden, Timberland's Vice President and General Manager, North America.
