According to a filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission, Timothy Harmon resigned as a director of Quiksilver, Inc., effective January 23. Harmon, a former president of Pacific Sunwear of California, had been a director since 2005.
Harmon served as president and chief
merchandising officer of Pacific Sunwear from October 1997 until July 2005
and in various other senior-level merchandising positions from
1991 to 1997. Prior to joining Pacific Sunwear, Harmon
served in various merchandising positions at Wide-World MTV
Sportswear, Chauvin International, Anchor Blue and several
department stores.
