The North Face appointed Tony Erlick to vice president of sales effective June 20, 2013. Erlick will report to Todd Spaletto, president of The North Face, and be responsible for the leadership and execution of the brand’s global sales and growth strategy.

“Tony’s history with The North Face gives him a unique understanding of the brand’s history and relationships with our core customers,” said Spaletto. “I am confident that this history, combined with his proven track record of growing our business and deep connection to our company culture, will propel the next wave of growth across our sales channels.”

Erlick joined The North Face in January 2005 as a director of sales for the West, apparel and equipment, and has played an instrumental role over the past eight years scaling The North Face's wholesale growth in the U.S. His contributions have been a significant part of the overall success of the business, from developing lasting relationships with top key accounts to cultivating growth strategies for the brand’s pinnacle outdoor, run and ski specialty dealers.

Erlick received a Bachelor of Arts in both business/economics and psychology from UCLA in 1986.
