TAG Inc. has entered into a financial agreement with Desai Holding, a private equity firm based in St. Louis. Under the arrangement, Desai will take a majority stake in TMMG, Inc. Clothing Co., TAG's team uniform business based in Licking, MO.
TMMG, Inc. and its CEO Stan Morrison have no affiliation with TAG, Inc. TMMG, Inc. currently holds a licensing agreement with TAG, Inc.
According to a statement by TAG, Inc CEO Philip Rosati, “TAG, Inc. holds a licensing agreement with TMMG, Inc. to manufacture Custom Uniforms and Clothing made in the United States for our membership. This Agreement by TMMG, Inc. and Desai Holding will have absolutely NO affect on TAG, Inc. or its dealers.”
He added, “TAG has had a long standing relationship with TMMG, Inc. Clothing Co and feels this will make them a stronger & liable company in the future.”
