Summus Works, Inc., formerly known as Prime Rate Investors, has signed a letter of intent to acquire the U.S. distributor of Lisker clothing. Lisker is based in Grenoble, France, where it manufactures technical ski and snowboard wear and accessories. Lisker is also the licensee of the Stockli line of sportswear. Summus Works also owns the U.S. distributor for Stockli skis. The acquisition has been scheduled by the parties to close on Thursday April 20, 2006. Lisker of France USA is based in Winter Park, Colorado. The acquisition is expected to add more than $600,000.00 to annual revenue and be accretive to earnings.
