Gun maker Sturm, Ruger & Co. Inc. appointed Amir P. Rosenthal and Phillip C. Widman to its board.
Rosenthal is the chief financial officer of Bauer Hockey Inc. and had
held executive jobs including CFO and general counsel at Katy
Industries and was treasurer and senior counsel at Timex Corp. and
chairman of its Timex Watches subsidiary.
Widman is senior vice president and CFO at Terex Corp., a manufacturer
of equipment used in construction and other industries. He is also on
the board of Lubrizol Corp. and was CFO of Philip Services, an
industrial outsourcing company and CFO at ABB Inc.
Sturm Ruger's board increased to nine members.
