Stio announced it would open three new Mountain Studio retail stores. The brand has secured leases and is in development on locations in Freeport, ME; Bend, OR; and Boise, ID, bringing its total brick and mortar store count to seven stores.
- The Freeport Mountain Studio, located at 6 Bow Street, will open for the 2021 holiday season;
- The Bend Mountain Studio is scheduled to open in the Old Town area at 844 NW Bond Street, Spring 2022; and
- The Boise Mountain Studio, with a downtown location at 6th & Grove in the Thomas Logan building, will open in Summer 2022.
“Brick-and-mortar retail brings the Stio brand to life. As a direct-to-consumer brand, our Mountain Studios are a great way to highlight our vision and values and allow us to connect with local communities in a much more meaningful way,” said Stephen Sullivan, founder and CEO. “The performance in our current Mountain Studios has been outstanding, and retail expansion remains an integral part of our long-term growth strategy.”
Along with the Mountain Studios, Stio said it “will continue growing its Outpost partnerships within these areas and customers will be able to find Stio styles at Outside/In in Bend, OR and Idaho Mountain Touring in Boise, ID.”
