Supporting the shift to stay home amidst the coronavirus, Nike is giving all athletes the digital resources they need to stay active indoors with free tools that span a range of digital content and platforms as follows:

  1. Library of Digital Workouts and Resources
Nike’s digital ecosystem — including the Nike App, NTC, NRC, social channels, nike.com and the podcast Trained — is full of free workouts, content and expert guidance to help athletes reach their fitness goals, whatever they are.
  2. Livestreamed Workouts Led by Nike Master Trainers
Staying active or working on your sport at home can be a lonely journey. Every Saturday, Nike Master Trainers will lead a free, live-streamed Nike Training Club Community workout on the Nike Youtube channel. The workouts are suitable for small spaces and all levels of fitness.
  3. Coaching, Through Partnerships That Encourage Kids to Stay Active
Just like adults, kids have the opportunity to experience a new love for indoor play. Nike’s Made To Play initiative works with partners around the world to help encourage kids to stay active such as through the U.K’s Discovery Education and Tokyo’s JUMP-JAM programming. Read more about the youth program partnerships and available resources here.
  4. Competition, Through Digital Fitness Challenges
The Living Room Cup offers a variety of mini-workout challenges measured against the personal bests of Nike pro athletes like Cristiano Ronaldo and Giannis Antetokounmpo. Players can share their results on their Instagram profiles using the hashtags #playinside and #thelivingroomcup.
