Stance, the maker of athlete-inspired socks and underwear, has signed James Harden, star guard of the Houston Rockets, as a brand ambassador.
Harden will release a signature line of Stance socks along with underwear, a category Stance recently entered. Stance signed on as the official on court sock of the NBA in April.
“I’ve been a fan of Stance for as long as I’ve known about them,” said
Harden in a press release. “I’m excited to officially kick this thing
off.”
“From his off-court style to his on-court game, James is a perfect
fit for Stance,” said Clarke Miyasaki, the brand’s executive vice
president of business development.
Harden joins Stance's team of ‘punks and poets’ endorsers. Among athletes, others include Andrew Reynolds,
Chris Cole, Allen Iverson, Klay Thompson, Adrianne Ho and Louif Paradis. Musicians Big Sean and
Rihanna are also ambassadors as well as 13th Witness, Jason Jessee, Kassia Meador and Ronnie Fleg from the art world.
