Cathy Wayne has been promoted to the position of key account manager at Lorpen North America. Cathy will be responsible for building relationships with Lorpen’s largest retailers in the U.S. and Canada.  Matt Swanson, previously part of the marketing team, will take over as Lorpen’s customer service manager.


Cathy has held a number of positions at Lorpen, most recently she served as Lorpen’s customer service manager.  As key account manager, she will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for assigned dealers and buying groups to increase distribution, sales and profits throughout North America, including Canada and the United States.


Matt joined Lorpen in 2001, and as customer service manager he will be responsible for maintaining a high level of service to Lorpen customers. He will work closely with Lorpen’s operations team, ensure timely order processing, work with the marketing and sales teams, and attend trade shows to build relationships with the existing dealer base.
