Spyder Active Sports, Inc. has renewed its sponsorship of Chris Davenport and signed Sierra Quitiquit. Both are three-year deals.

Davenport, an industry veteran who has been a Spyder athlete since 2010, has enjoyed a storied career as a professional big mountain skier and ski mountaineer, having amassed an impressive list of on-mountain accomplishments that have included, most recently, epic adventures on Colorados 14ers, the Pacific Northwests volcanoes, and Mt. Everest.
Quitiquit, 23, grew up ski racing in Park City, UT, with her father, a former member of the U.S. Alpine Ski Team, as her coach. She recently burst onto the scene as not only a talented and driven big mountain skier, but also as a globally recognized fashion model. Defining diverse talent, when shes not skiing big lines in Utah, Quitiquit can be found in New York City where she anchors a global ad campaign for American Eagle Outfitters.

According to Spyders VP of Global Sales and Marketing, Russ Rowan, both athletes add tremendous value to the Spyder brand in the way of personality and well-rounded, topnotch talent. Rowan commented: Anyone who knows the ski world is aware of Chris Davenports impressive list of accomplishments. And beyond his unmistakable talent as an athlete, Dav has been a huge part of the success weve had with our White Spyder Collection in the last few years, working closely with us throughout the design process. Hes the kind of professional who is really great to work with and is a great ambassador for Spyder.

Regarding Quitiquit, Rowan stated: Sierra Quitiquit is a name that not everyone in the industry has heard, but thats about to change. She rips on skis, has a magnetic personality, and lights up every room and glossy page she appears in-that combination is a perfect fit for our brand, especially given our desire to welcome more female consumers into the Spyder fold. We hope everyone enjoys getting to know her as much as we have.
