Sport Haley/Bette & Court, a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly traded company Sport-Haley Holdings. has named Joe Westby vice president of sales for its Sport Haley and Bette & Court brands.

“We couldn't be more excited to welcome Joe back to the Sport Haley team,” says Tom Doherty, general manager of Sport Haley. “Joe is a perfect fit for us. Not only is he a great person and respected by all, his passion for our brands and his relentless drive for excellence will help fuel the growth of the Sport Haley and Bette & Court brands inside and outside the golf market.”

Westby has spent his entire career in apparel sales. His background includes 10 years as a London Fog sales rep in Florida, five as a Kenneth Gordon sales rep in Florida, and then seven as a Sport Haley sales rep for the state of Florida before leaving for Nike in 2000. During his 14 years at Nike, he held several titles within the golf division, including sales manager-apparel for both the Eastern and Southern regions, and Southeastern director of retail sales for all categories.

He managed up to 25 golf sales reps there at a time, and helped Nike Golf become the world's top golf apparel brand in 2006 as a member of the management team. Before returning to Sport Haley, Westby was the Eastern U.S. sales manager for Greg Norman/Dunning Golf.

“I'm thrilled to be back,” says Westby. “The Sport Haley and Bette & Court brands are extremely strong and I very much look forward to working with the entire team at Sport Haley to continue expanding both brands.”
