Skratch Labs announces the release of its new Sport Hydration Mix Grape flavor to its line of hydration mixes for which the brand is known.
What started as a “Secret Drink Mix” sold to pro tour riders over nine years ago is now Skratch Labs Sport Hydration Mix in six flavors, including Grape. The flavor is available in 440g bags, 22g singles and a 20-pack caddy of singles.
“Our Grape is delicious and tastes like real grapes because it’s made with real grapes.” said founder Dr. Allen Lim. Like all Sports Hydration Mix flavors, Grape uses the same sugar and salt ratio, designed to replace what the body loses when it sweats.
Skratch Labs Sport Hydration Drink Mix Grape uses real fruit ingredients for flavoring, with no color or artificial ingredients.
Sports Hydration Mix was created to replace the water and electrolytes lost in sweat. The electrolyte profile is 750-800 mg of sodium per liter or an average athlete’s sodium sweat concentration. Skratch Lab’s Sports Hydration Mix formulation hydrates faster than water and won’t upset the stomach that sports drinks with food coloring and preservatives could.
