Skins, the world’s leader in gradient compression sportswear, has announced a partnership with New York Giants punter, Steve Weatherford.
Recognized for his physique, strength and “maniacal” workout routine, Weatherford is an exciting addition to the brands existing line-up of professional athletes. Weatherford joins the team of elite athletes including, Triathletes Leanda Cave, Mary Beth Ellis and Christian Kemp, as well as CrossFit athletes Kenneth Leverich, Anna Tunnicliffe and Jeremy Kinnick. Weatherford will wear Skins compression apparel during regular season games and assist the brand in product development across its A400, A200 and RY400 lines.

Entering his ninth season, Weatherford has been one of the league’s most steady punters, having finished in the top ten in yards per punt in 2012 (ninth) and 2013 (seventh) and was a key contributor for the New York Giants in their Super Bowl XLVI-winning season in 2011. Prior to joining the Giants, Weatherford served as the punter for the New York Jets in 2009 and 2010. Weatherford is a former co-record holder of most punts inside the 20 yard line (42, 2010).
