Devanlay SA announced the appointment of Robert Siegel as CEO of
Devanlay U.S. Inc., the licensee for Lacoste branded apparel in the
U.S. He replaces Robert Skinner, Jr., who has resigned resigned after just five weeks in the job due to
differences with the Board.

Siegel
served as CEO of Devanlay U.S. Inc. from early 2002 until his
retirement at the end of 2008. Under Siegel's leadership, the
company's annual revenues grew from $30 million in 2002 to over $320
million today.

Siegel was a former CEO of Stride Rite Corp. and one-time president of menswear at Levi Strauss & Co.
