Shoe Carnival, Inc. has announced several important executive promotions. Mark L. Lemond, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “These individuals are all experienced retail footwear professionals, and their leadership has been central to the success and remarkable growth of Shoe Carnival. We are justifiably proud of their performance and accomplishments, and are confident that they will continue to contribute as strategic leaders in Shoe Carnival's future growth and performance.”

W. Kerry Jackson has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Kerry, who is a Certified Public Accountant, has been with Shoe Carnival since May of 1988, and has held various accounting positions within the Company. Before joining Shoe Carnival, Kerry was associated with a public accounting firm.

Tucker Robinson has been promoted to Vice President and Divisional Merchandise Manager, Athletics, having previously served as an Assistant Vice President and Athletic Buyer. Tucker has been an Athletic Buyer with Shoe Carnival since May of 1998 when he joined us from Finish Line. He has significant retail buying experience, having been a retail footwear buyer for over 20 years.

Greg Brown has been promoted to Senior Vice President, North Division Manager. Greg started with Shoe Carnival in July of 1987 as a District Manager, and brings a total of nearly 27 years of retail footwear experience to his new position.

Steve Meyer has been promoted to the position of Senior Vice President, South Division Manager. Steve is also a long-term member of the team, having started his Shoe Carnival career in June of 1988 as a General Manager.

Cindy Daly has been promoted from Marketing Director, to Assistant Vice President of Marketing. Cindy has been an integral part of Shoe Carnival's marketing efforts since September of 1984, and has held numerous key positions in Shoe Carnival's Marketing Department.
