Kim Klupenger joined search synergy as Director last January, bringing 12 years of corporate human resources experience to the team. “Kim was a critical addition
and I am very pleased to have her as my partner in the business”, said Ross Regis, Founder and President. Regis added, “Kim hit the ground running, managing our web site redesign and its integration with our new talent management system, in her first 12 months.”
Klupenger’s 12 years of corporate HR experience includes 5 1/2 years with AVIA Group International. She has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Oregon State
University and currently is pursuing her SPHR certification.
Julie Yochim joined the team in April as Database Specialist. Yochim possesses 6 years of athletic apparel experience with adidas, including 5 years in product
management roles. In addition, she spent 6 years with Nordstrom in sales and management capacities while
pursuing her B.S. in Communications from the University of Portland.
