Scarpa North America, the manufacturer of performance mountain footwear, signed Parallel 45 Sales Group to represent the brand in the Great Lakes and Midwest regions.

Effective July 1, P45 Sales Group represents Scarpa in Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Effective January 2026, the agency will also represent the brand in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio.

P45 Sales Group Founder Doug Scott started the company in 2020, bringing over a decade of experience in the outdoor industry. The remaining three team members include Caitlin Scott, director of ethics and HR; Sarah Krause, speciality accounts manager for the Midwest; and Bryce Bradley, speciality accounts manager for the Great Lakes region.

Scott said, “As a staff of alpinists, climbers, skiers, and runners, we are just as excited to represent Scarpa as users as we are as outdoor industry professionals. The feedback from retailers about the team at Scarpa and the product they deliver could not be more positive. We feel fortunate to be part of this team.”

Along with providing sales, marketing and strategic planning support to brands and retailers, P45 Sales Group’s network “includes over 200 retailers in its territory, including Scheels, Boyne Mountain Sports and Down Wind Sports,” said Scarpa in a media release.

“Doug and his team have built a standout agency in the areas they represent. They’re not only tenured professionals who understand how to build relationships, how to help retailers succeed and how to be a super-effective conduit between retailers and brands, they walk the talk in terms of using and understanding the product at a personal level,” said Scarpa North America Sales Manager Matt Ginley.

P45 Sales Group also represents Mountain Hardwear, Deuter, Exped, Rumpl, Faction, Reima, and Julbo in the outdoor industry.
