Ryn USA LLC, the maker of toning shoes, has named Michael Parham as CEO and Gustavo La Grave as national sales manager for the U.S. market.

Parham's background includes mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance, restructuring and audit. Previously he worked at McGladrey Capital, Peter J. Solomon Company, Credit Lyonnais Securities, Daiwa Securities and Deloitte & Touche. He will also serve as CFO, and to guide Ryn's strategy as the brand continues to expand in the North & South American hemisphere.

La Grave has a successful track record of turning around organizations and ensuring growth for both new and already established brands. His previous appointments include Vivo Barefoot, Kenneth Cole, Bolo, Kork Ease, Maxx New York, Focus Paris and Clava. La Grave has already significantly expanded the US sales force to meet quickly increasing consumer demand for the Ryn brand.

Terry Stillman, co-founder and formally at Nike and Amer Sports, will serve as president and marketing VP.

Rocco Azzarito, co-founder and formally an owner of several footwear retail stores and brands, will serve as COO and sales VP.

Ryn originated as a footwear research and development company in the early 1990s for many of the major sneaker brands. It then evolved into a successful national manufacturer for the Korean marketplace. The brand was launched last year in the U.S. at the Oscars in Hollywood, CA. Currently Ryn is sold at 160 Ryn Walking Centers in Korea and in 22 countries worldwide.
