Russell Athletic and Augusta Sportswear have announced a strategic partnership to bring Russell Athletic uniforms back to the team sports channel. With this partnership, Augusta Sportswear becomes the official team sports partner of Russell Athletic and will exclusively manufacture, market and sell team uniforms and other team-specific products.

Augusta Sportswear will offer Russell Athletic uniforms for basketball, baseball, softball and football. The partnership will also allow Augusta Sportswear to distribute Russell Athletic workout apparel, including fleece, T-shirts and performance products.
The categories will be phased in over the next 12 months, starting with the debut of basketball uniforms and workout apparel in August 2018.
