Rudy Project North America said it would begin offering its road, MTB and time trial/aero helmets to dealers at a price one-third of MSRP.

In addition, the company is removing all minimum buy or pre-booking requirements, and all qualified dealers will receive Net 60 Terms. Officials said the new pricing model is aimed at increasing flexibility and cash flow for dealers, and offers competitive margins on helmets in the endurance sports industry.

“Rudy Project’s new forward-thinking helmet pricing and order policies are intended to give the power and maximum flexibility back to dealers,” said Paul Craig, president and co-founder of Rudy Project North America. “Put plainly, our goal is to have the friendliest and most innovative policies in the industry that are easy to understand, simple, and that put money in the hands of our valued dealers.”
