Royal Robbins will be closing the company’s distribution center in Modesto, CA, according to The Modesto Bee. The planned closing follows the sale of the company to Fenix Outdoor International in late March.
The Sweden-based company will be consolidating Royal Robbins’ distribution operations into Fenix facility in Colorado. Eighteen employees at the Modesto facility will be laid off.
