Rossignol Group appointed Matt Farness as U.S. product and team manager for Dynastar, Lange and Look.
Also, Matt Beers and Austin Stewart was named events and promotional specialists, Rossignol, Dynastar, Lange, and Look.
Farness joins Dynastar, Lange and Look with extensive experience in the
commercial retail setting, most recently serving as general manager of
Powder House Ski Shop where he was responsible for the strategic,
operational, and day-‐to-‐day management of all four Utah locations.
As
U.S. product manager, Farness will work closely with the sales,
marketing, and product development teams as he oversees product
execution, market analysis, and go-‐to-‐market strategies. Farness
will also oversee team management in relation to each brand’s individual
sports marketing initiatives.

Meanwhile, Beers will represent the western U.S. and Austin Stewart, the Northeast and Mid-‐Atlantic regions. Beers and Stewart will support the sales and marketing teams with a diverse range of duties and responsibilities in their respective regions, including: activation at retail, resort and on-‐snow events, technical training, race service, tradeshow, and demos and testing.
Beers comes to the Group with a strong background in business, marketing, and ski racing, recently served as the men’s U16 Alpine ski coach at the Killington Mountain School. Based out of Summit County, Colorado, Beers will support Rossignol, Dynastar, Lange, and Look for the western U.S. and will oversee the operation of the Group’s Mt. Hood Test Center during the summer.

Stewart comes to the Group with a strong and diverse range of experience in the ski industry, serving as a coach at both Mad River Glen and Sugarbush Resort, as well as a having over 10 years of retail experience at Vermont North Ski Shop. Based out of West Lebanon, NH, Stewart will support Rossignol, Dynastar, Lange, and Look for the Northeast and Mid-‐Atlantic regions of the U.S.
