Rocky Shoes and Boots Snags Military Boot Deal

Rocky Shoes & Boots, Inc. (Nasdaq: RCKY) announced it has entered into a $6.1 million agreement with Belleville Shoe Manufacturing Company to manufacture boots for delivery to the U.S. military.

This agreement in non-cancelable and will be accretive to earnings. Shipments will begin in December 2003 and be completed by April 2004. The boots will be manufactured in the Company's factory in Puerto Rico.
