Rocky Shoes & Boots, Inc. announced the resignation of Stanley I. Kravetz, a Director of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Kravetz served on the Board of Directors since the Company’s initial public offering in February 1993.
Mr. Kravetz commented, “I enjoyed the experience of working with Rocky for the past 10 years. During that time the Company’s sales have grown, new product lines have been introduced, and, importantly, the ROCKY(R) brand has achieved increased recognition in the company’s markets. It is now time for me to move on to other endeavors.”
Mike Brooks, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, stated “We appreciate Stanley’s participation on our Board since 1993 and especially his commitment to the ROCKY brand.”
