Rocky Mountain Underground (RMU), the maker of handcrafted skis and packs, hired Green River Sales to help support sales and brand awareness in the Rockies and Mid West regions.

Celebrating its 10 year anniversary in 2018, RMU is an employee-owned and community-driven outdoors lifestyle brand that has its eyes set on expansion and on serving a wider community of year-round outdoors enthusiasts and professionals.

Pat Davis, founder and principal of Green River Sales, has over 20 years of outdoors sales experience in the Rockies region, bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion to the partnership, and RMU will be amongst spectacular company as Davis and his team currently represent Mountain Hardware, Stanley, Royal Robbins and Red Paddle Co. RMU’s sales in the ski, pack and outdoors gear categories have been steadily growing over the brand’s 10 years in existence, and the desire to better serve their growing base of outdoors enthusiasts, particularly in the Rockies and Mid-West regions, is crystal clear through this strategic move.

Davis said, “RMU is a youthful, innovative and refreshing brand who is primed for success in our region and beyond. Our team can’t wait to work with retailers and consumers to showcase the immense amount of thought, detail and quality that goes into RMU’s year-round products, perfect to facilitate the type of outdoors immersion that our community wants and needs!”

With their extensive experience, Green River Sales will be focusing on showcasing not only RMU’s flagship quiver of skis, for resort, powder and backcountry skiing but also new packs and outdoors gear items, including the revolutionary Tailgate Locker mountain bike truck pad and the versatile BRFCS pack that expands from 35L to 50L and includes multiple features and capabilities.

“We are excited to bring the RMU energy and lifestyle to an enthusiastic audience in Green River Sales’ territory,” said Scott Mant, sales manager for RMU. “The fact that Pat and his team have such knowledge and understanding of the industry and what works his region is fantastic for RMU and we’re feeling really positive about this partnership.”
