Football equipment manufacturer Riddell has launched a new line of NFL licensed collectible helmets, the Chrome Alternate Collection, which is the company’s latest series of officially licensed alternate helmet designs. The Chrome Alternate Collection is now available through Riddell and key retailers nationwide.
The Chrome Alternate Collection consists of all 32 NFL team helmets in recognizable but eye-catching designs. Shells and face masks stay true to the standard colors of the respective teams, but through a process called vacuum metallization the helmets acquire their chrome flash. Decals and striping remain the same as their current team designs. This special style is available in full-size Riddell Speed Authentic and Riddell Speed Replica helmets and in Riddell Speed Mini helmets. Designed with NFL fans and collectors in mind, the dramatic, highly reflective Chrome Alternate helmets will add a unique look to any collection.

Riddell serves as the NFL’s exclusive licensee for collectible football helmets. Prior to the Chrome Alternate Collection, Riddell and the NFL collaborated on other Alternate helmets including Blaze (2017) and Ice (2016).
