The Running Industry Association’s (RIA) virtual buying show, KICK On-Demand will kick off this Tuesday, July 14. Eight live sessions are scheduled for the first week.

Live and pre-recorded sessions will be offered from the 35 participating brands that include newly added New Balance, Balega, Salomon, Under Armour and Amphipod as well as A.Leaf, Altra, ASICS, Boco Gear, Brooks, Cadence Insoles, CEP, Craft, Diadora, Drymax, ElliptiGO, Feetures, IKOR, KINeSYS, Nathan, Nike, Oofos, OS1st, On, Powerstep, Rabbit, Ryders, Saucony, Superfeet, Swiftwick, Tread and Butter, UltrAspire, Vouri, 2Undr, and 361. The show will be ongoing through the fall.

“We have been working hard to provide our members with an alternative to the traditional, face-to-face sales presentations that remain challenging for our retailers and brands,” stated Terry Schalow, executive director of the RIA. “The goal is to incorporate as much flexibility as possible so both retailers and brands can give and access presentations when it works for them. With that said, live and prerecorded line presentations will be available starting Tuesday and will continue into Q3 to support seasonal product releases from brands and at-once or futures orders for retailers.”

Registration for individual sessions opened on Monday with the launch of their new member app – RIA Connect. The app will be the keystone for KICK On-Demand information, registration, and schedules with a host of additional functionality planned.
