Reusch will introduce its concepts at this year’s Ski Industry Association (SIA) tradeshow later this month, some of which will include:

Ø The new eVENT Direct Venting waterproof membrane.

Ø The new Progressive line of snowboarding and freeskiing gloves. The Progressive gloves will feature fits and styles ideal for all levels of snowboarders, extreme and cross-over skiers.

Ø New women’s fit gloves and mittens-Reusch has crafted specific molds based on the unique features of a woman’s hand so its new line of gloves for women fit perfectly (and aren’t just a smaller version of a man’s glove); the new line is complemented by fabrics, colors and insulation that are made for a woman.

Ø Gloves for all sports-Reusch will continue to provide gloves for all types of winter sports in 2005 (Nordic skiing, snowboarding, mountain climbing, snowshoeing and nordic walking-more than 80 styles in all).

“Reusch stands alone in our vast glove selection, price points, quality materials, fit, sponsorships, technology and our new ideas,” said Peter Hold, head of Reusch’s U.S. operations. “2005 will provide all of our new and existing customers with a one-stop shop for all of their glove needs, providing them with selection and service that no other glove manufacturer can possibly match. Our approach is making things much easier and more enjoyable for all of our customers, while providing the very best gloves the industry has to offer.”
