The Louisville Courier-Journal reported reported that Rick Pitino, who was recently suspended as Louisville’s men’s basketball coach, received 98 percent of the cash Louisville was to receive as part of the school’s expiring deal with the brand.

Adidas spokesperson Katja Schreiber told ESPN that the new 10-year, $160 million pact with  Louisville signed in August of 2017 has different terms.

Adidas executive Jim Gatto supplied a Louisville assistant coach with $100,000 to pay the family of five-star recruit Brian Bowen so that he would commit to the school. New Louisville interim president Greg Postel has since placed athletic director Tom Jurich and men’s basketball coach Rick Pitino on unpaid leave.

Postel also said he is re-evaluating its sponsorship agreement with Adidas following news of the FBI’s investigation over corruption and collusion with sneaker companies.
