Nike is close to reaching a deal to sell directly on Amazon.com, according to a report from Goldman Sachs.

Nike products are already sold in the site through third-party and unlicensed dealers. According to a report from Reuters, Goldman said Nike could add $300 million to $500 million of revenue in the U.S. by expanding as a wholesale dealer on Amazon.

Nike would also be able to reduce excess, discounted inventory available in the marketplace through third-party retailers while selling more full-price products on Amazon.com.

“Taking this step would give Nike direct economic exposure to a large and fast growing distribution channel, while improving the brand presentation and expanding access to millennial shoppers,” Goldman analyst Lindsay Drucker Mann wrote in a client note.
