The Bicycle Product Suppliers Association (BPSA) has announced the opening of Bicycle Leadership Conference online registration, as well as other event details. 


The 2009 BLC will be held in conjunction with the Sea Otter Classic, April 15-17, in Seaside, Ca. This conference will include workshops and discussions about industry concerns and successes. It will also provide prime opportunities for networking and information exchange with other bike industry leaders.
