• To promote Cramer Products through Cramer’s end-users, including, but not
limited to, trainers, coaches, physical therapists, doctors and other
professional people who need sports medicine related products. The
position requires extensive travel.

• Primary responsibilities include traveling and visiting athletic trainers at
colleges, high schools and the professional teams. Introducing new Cramer
products and re-introducing existing Cramer Products. Additional
responsibilities include traveling with Cramer’s network of agents and
sporting goods dealers, assisting in maintaining high Cramer visibility with
our agents and dealers. Solving challenges and assisting in the sale of the
products, both new and old, to the dealers. Some major retail account
responsibilities.

• Attending district and regional trade shows, addressing not only the end-
users of our products, but the dealer and distributor shows. (i.e., District and
National NATA shows, Buying Groups and Sporting Goods Shows).

• Working with new product personnel, helping with new ideas and field
testing products.

• Plan a minimum of two months travel schedule in advance.

• Reports to the Vice President of Sales.
