Reebok International Ltd. has reorganized its senior management and eliminated the position of global president. Uli Becker, previously Reebok’s global president, will now serve as president of Reebok North America, continuing to report to Adidas CEO Herbert Hainer.

Reebok is following the structure of its German parent company, Adidas, and
there is no longer a global president for either brand, said Dan Sarro, a
Reebok spokesman, told The Boston Globe.  Additional details will be released at Reebok’s investor day presentation in California being held on Sept. 20, he added.

Becker has worked for Adidas since 1990 and was Reebok’s chief marketing officer before being named president in 2008.

Matt O’Toole, Reebok’s chief marketing officer, will continue to report to Erich Stamminger, Adidas’ head of global brands since 2010
