Rawlings, a sporting goods manufacturer, will continue its longstanding relationship with the NFL regarding their line of tailgating products. Rawlings is currently an NFL licensee for a broad range of products with exclusivity in tailgating canopies and chairs.
The new agreement went into effect on April 1, 2017 and will give Rawlings continued rights in categories such as footballs, portable chairs, canopies, coolers, tables, softees and slow cookers. These rights also include Super Bowl-identified tailgate products.
“Over the past 15 years, we’ve built a strong partnership with the NFL based on our ability to provide quality items not only for the athletes on the field, but also for the fans in the stands as well as those tailgating in the parking lot or watching at home,” said Eric Reinsfelder, Rawlings senior director of sports licensing. “Our broad assortment of licensed NFL products ensures that each fan has access to a one-stop shop for all of their tailgating needs.”
“We’re excited to expand our relationship with Rawlings, one of the most authentic and trusted names in sports,” said Jennifer Gray, NFL director of licensing. “They share our same dedication to creating the ultimate game-day experience for NFL fans.”
