Deluxe Distribution's Jim Thiebaud announced the end to skateboard brand Rasa Libre in a press release, noting that “no single reason or even a bunch of reasons” could be pointed to for blame, but rather that sometimes, “it comes down to a bunch of friends who tried to do something together and it didn't work out as planned and they decide to take a step back and rethink their priorities.”
Rasa Libre helped launch the career of Omar Salazar and has recently held a stable of stud am talent. No doubt both the team itself and the talent behind the brand will have no troubles finding their next respective paths.
