Rapha is closing its custom apparel program after three years, according to a report on CyclingTips.com.

In a press release announcing the closure, the London-based cycling apparel firm said that “despite our best efforts, we have struggled to deliver an experience, both digitally and physically, that our customers, local teams and communities expect from the Rapha brand.”

The report indicated that several positions will be terminated as a result of the move.
