Raleigh Bicycles will unveil category-leading mountain, road, hybrid and cyclocross bikes for 2014 at DealerCamp slated for July 25-27, 2013. In addition, Raleigh will also be hosting two riding experiences for attendees and participants.

Lifeboat Events, the company that produces DealerCamp, added a consumer day July 27, for the 4th edition of DealerCamp.

At the 2013 event, Raleigh renews its commitment to be the title sponsor of the 3rd-Annual Midsummer Night’s Cyclocross Race. Additionally, Raleigh debuts its partnership with Ride 2 Recovery (R2R) by offering an “Honor Ride” that will take place on the new consumer day of DealerCamp.

“One of the best facets of DealerCamp are the rides and experiences that truly allow us to bring our IBD partners into the Raleigh experience,” said Chris Speyer, executive vice president of product and marketing for Raleigh America. “DealerCamp participants will experience the passion and authenticity of the Raleigh brand in cyclocross with our 3rd Annual Midsummer Night’s Cyclocross race. The Ride 2 Recovery Honor ride allows us to invite dealers and consumers alike to experience our strong commitment to R2R and its work empowering veterans to re-assimilate into their lives via cycling.”

The Raleigh Midsummer Night’s Cyclocross Race will take place at Deer Valley Resort’s Snow Park Basin. The course sits at 7,700-feet, making the country’s highest-altitude cyclocross race. The race promises to draw an amazing field of racers as Raleigh offers one of the single largest payouts for a one-day race in cyclocross at this event and offers equal payout for both men and women competitors.

“We’re much more than the Title Sponsor of the race – we’re the creator, host and waffle providers,” Speyer continued. “We’re also committed to growing cyclocross in this event by providing the first male and female racer to cross the line without a pro contract with a full ride from Raleigh for the upcoming season.”

The course will be staged around the expo area, which will provide a fantastic spectator experience for DealerCamp’s participants.

R2R is an organization committed to enabling the healing of wounded veterans through cycling. Many of these veterans have lost limbs in battle, have post-traumatic-stress disorder, or have been wounded while serving. In the partnership, Raleigh supplies bicycles designed to accommodate the physical needs of veterans; many re-enter society with life-altering, challenging injuries such as lost limbs and other major handicaps. Raleigh and R2R work together to create positive, goal-oriented experiences for veterans re-entering society. The R2R at Dealer Camp, 2013, is part of Raleigh’s regional effort with R2R, “Honor Rides.” Raleigh is working to co-promote the Honor Rides through its national IBD partner network in 2013 with the goal of increasing visibility, monetary and community support and regional participation in the R2R events in conjunction with IBDs across the country.

The 2013 DealerCamp Honor Ride will take place on Saturday, July 27, the consumer day of the event. The start / finish is slated to be near the Dealer Camp expo area.

“We couldn't be more pleased to work with Raleigh Bicycles to host the Midsummer Night's Cyclocross Race again and now the Ride 2 Recovery Honor Ride. Great events within the big event itself are always productive in celebrating our sport and furthering important causes to the many who will attend DealerCamp. Raleigh gets that, and is a strong partner to work with,” said Lance Camisasca, President
