Rack Room Shoes has appointed Brian Minnix as chief information officer. Minnix served as chief strategy and technology officer for CompuCom. He held management roles with Attune Consulting in Boston and IBM in Armonk, NY. He also held the position of SVP, IT for Caleres and worked in store operations and merchandising at Belk.
“Brian will continue our work to streamline the customer shopping experience across all brand touch-points through the latest retail technologies,” Rack Room CEO Mark Lardie said.
Minnix succeeds Dale Patterson, who is retiring from the family footwear retailer after 25 years.
