Quiksilver, Inc. now expects fourth quarter fiscal 2004 revenue to range between $345 million and $348 million, an increase of 28% to 29% compared to $269 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2003. The Company also stated that it expects diluted earnings per share to range from $0.39 to $0.40, versus the current First Call consensus estimate of $0.37. This represents an increase of 30% to 33% compared to $0.30 for the fourth quarter last year. Quiksilver, Inc. plans to report actual results for its fourth quarter ended October 31, 2004 on December 16, 2004.
