Quality Bicycle Products announced the hiring of Shylo Masumi Farnsworth as VP of brand marketing. Farnsworth brings 18 years of experience in marketing, retail, digital, and brand experience and joins Quality Bicycle Products from Nike.

She is responsible for all marketing and external communications and its proprietary brands, including Salsa Cycles, Surly, All-City, 45NRTH, Teravail, and Whiskey Parts Co.

During her 12 years at Nike, Farnsworth led global brand marketing across men’s and women’s sports categories, including Nike X NFL partnership and the creation of the Nike X Nordstrom consumer experience concept stores. She most recently served as Nike global brand creative, senior director, Men’s Basketball, Running, Global Football, and ACG brands. Prior to Nike, Farnsworth led the marketing team for Descente and DNA ski and snowboard brands for Descente North America.
