Puma will release its Puma One soccer boot on June 29. The design was created after Puma’s realization that today’s players are not good at one thing; they are good at a lot of things.

With that in mind, Puma set out to design something that would address the needs of all players in one boot. The company consulted with Antoine Griezmann, youth academy players and football obsessed teens. Puma discovered they wanted a boot that had a great fit, helped them move fast and gave them more feel on the ball.

To complete the process, Thierry Henry was brought on board and played a major role in ensuring the boot catered to every type of player. Thanks to these insights, Puma was able to deliver a football boot focused on fit, fast and feel. Fit comes from the engineered evoknit sock; fast is provided by the ultra lightweight pebax outsole and feel is enhanced by the soft leather that adorns the upper.

From the tough-tackling defender to the swift-footed striker, Puma can now offer a boot that reflects the perfectionist in everyone. The Puma One will be worn on pitch by Antoine Griezmann, Sergio Agüero and Hector Bellerin on June 17 and will be available for sale on June 29.
